Mr. Masood is a dynamic and visionary leader with over 28 years of diverse experience in both international and domestic markets. He has a proven track record of driving growth, developing strategic initiatives, and implementing innovative solutions, consistently delivering results that exceed organisational goals

Before joining Alfalah Securities as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Masood served for over nine years as Chief Financial Officer & Senior Executive Vice President at Pak Libya Holding Company. He also held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at FTC Management Company.

Having spent his entire professional career abroad, Mr. Masood worked across various industries and sectors in the Middle East and the United Kingdom. Prior to his return to Pakistan in 2015, he was associated with KPMG UK and Grant Thornton UK, focusing on Investment Banking and Financial Advisory Transaction Services within the Financial Services Group.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce, an honours degree in Applied Accounting and post-graduation diploma from universities in Pakistan and the United Kingdom. Additionally, he is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK.

Mr. Masood is passionate about empowering teams to take ownership of their roles, fostering engagement and accountability at all levels of the organisation. He firmly believes that effective leadership involves creating a vision that inspires and empowers others to achieve their best.
